Happy Sunday! This is fun!

I found this on Jennifer Stewart's blog.  I've never tried making a mosiac and I thought it would be fun to try.  Answer the questions and then find images on flickr that match your answer. Use Mosiac Maker following these instructions.

Here's how you do it:
a. Type your answer to each of the questions above into Flickr Search.
b. Pick an image you like of the ones that pop up.
c. Copy and paste each of the URLs for the images into fd's mosaic maker.
(make sure your mosaic is 3 columns, 4 rows)
d. Right click on your mosaic and save it to photobucket, or your favorite hosting place.
e. Share it on your blog! The mosaic maker gives you the html to put under the mosaic on your blog so all of the links will show up.

I am so sad...........I came back from lunch and logged into the internet and there it was.  Of course I didn’t know him, but I have watched “Meet the Press” for so many years.  I wake up every Sunday morning at 7:45, make coffee, get the paper and settle in to watch.  I have learned so much from watching him.  I really admired his relationship with his dad, “Big Russ” and the close relationship he had with his son.  I am a channel 4 person, I watch the today show, channel 4 news, and I feel like they are my friends.  Sorry if I sound so dramatic.  I feel really sad.

I love this purse!

This is the COACH BLEEKER DENIM CANVAS FLORAL LARGE TOTE.  I want it so much!  I went to Jenny Craig this morning and a woman had it.  I haven't wanted a purse this much since I got my first LV in the 80's.  I LOVE it............SO MUCH!  The purse is canvas but the flowers are leather and each of the petals has a different stitch pattern.  So cool!  It is pretty big too so I could use it to cart my crap back and forth to work.  LOVE IT!!!  But lots of reasons why I probably won't be getting it though;  The top 2 reasons are that it's no longer on the Coach website.  (I might be able to find it in an outlet store but do I want to drive 2 hours to find out if they have it) The other thing is the price..........YIKES!  I did find it on EBAY but I don't know if I trust that.....still a lot of money but less than retail........  I can dream, actually it is all I can think about..............

American Idol

I was so happy that David Cook won.  Unfortunately, I was online around 10pm and saw the results so I knew before it happened.  Kind of ruined it for me but I was surprised and happy.  I really thought that Archuletta was going to win especially after all the judges comments but everyone I talked to about idol was a Cook fan. 

I hate that it is over, and Dancing with the Stars, and now Grey's ends tonight.  We had no TV for months and then it was back and gone so fast.  I am taping the Bachelorette.........so embarrassing.   I hate that show, I kind of think it is disgusting but I have to admit that sometimes I watch....it is going to be a long summer of reruns again.  I guess I could find other things to do besides watch tv, like maybe scrapbook???????

So far I don't seem to have a problem with the new typepad changes.  I have been reading other blogs that say they hate it.....  ?????????  maybe when I try to publish I will understand.  The best part i think is the spell check........man I need that.....okay I just tried the spell check and it was not very helpful.......i had to go to abc.com to find out how to spell bachelorette??????????  Oh well!

Frances Lee did the Aids walk this weekend and if you contributed to the cause you got a raffle to win a script Dymo.  Instead of picking one person she gave us all a Dymo.  Can you believe it.  How fabulous is she!!!   I love Dymo and I have never seen a script one so I am pretty excited.  Thanks Frances.

I Love this picture!

All the women in my family; I don't have a sister, only 1 brother but I have 1 sister-in-law, 1 niece and 1 sister-in-law's sister-in-law.  I started the Photoshop class and was able to use what i learned to fix up this page.  The photo I used was great. I didn't take it, but the photo of my layout was horrible.  Now it is okay.  I like Photoshop and can't wait to see what else I am going to learn. 

I have decided that I am not going to be buying any more scrapbooking supplies, for a while anyway.  I started going to through what I already have and I must say it is so unbelievable.  I am so embarrassed by what I have accumulated.  I couldn't use it all if I lived to be 100.  Just to give you an idea of how bad it really is so you won't think I am being dramatic, I have at least (because I can not face really counting them) 35 unopened packages of Thickers.  Forget about how many sheets of paper I have, I couldn't even venture a guess.  Every so often I give a girl in my office a box of paper.  She shares it with a group of her friends.  Last time she returned the empty box and told me that they used every sheet in the box.   That makes me so happy.  Anyway long story short (?), I have a big container full of stuff that I would be more than happy to give someone who can use it.  Lots of stickers, paper, and embellishments.   It is not current exciting stuff, but I am sure that someone would love to have it.  If you want it or know of a club or school that might want it please let me know.  I would like it to be local because I can not imagine what it would cost to ship it anywhere.  Leave me a comment and we can work it out.  If I get lots of takers I will pick a name.  I can not imagine I will have lots of takers because I don't have lots of readers.  :-)

Okay, it is offical, I am pretty close to talking to myself but I have decided that it is okay. 

I made a scrapbook for my cousin's twins.  If you want to take a look, I added photos of it to the left column.  The photos are horrible but you can see most of it.  I loved making this album and I wanted to share it with anyone who wants to see it.

Okay here goes.......

1.  I have been working for 32 years........OMG!

2. I used to hate birds, now I like them.

3.  I moved here 20 years ago from Brooklyn NY but it sounds like I got here yesterday.

4.  I would love to have 3 dogs.  (a black standard poodle (i have one now), a white standard poodle, and a tiny teacup poodle .  (i like poodles!).

5.  If I could meet anyone in the world,  it would have to be Bill Clinton.

6.  I want to go to Paris but I don't fly, so that is a big problem for me.

7.  My favorite tv show of all time is still FRIENDS.

I am still sick.  I got the flu (i think) about 2 weeks ago and I am still not back to normal.   

Anyone watching idol?  I am not thrilled this season.  I am almost at the point where I might not watch.  Shocking to me, I am the biggest idol fan.  I really do like David Archuleta though;  I cried when I heard him sing "Imagine".    Random fact #8.  I am pretty emotional.
